Is the web store secure for processing credit card orders?

Yes, it is.  All private data is encrypted so both merchant and customer are safe and ALL monetary transactions go directly through our SSL Web Server.  Data is handled in acoordance with our comprehensive Privacy Statement.

If I don't want to use my credit card, are there alternative methods of billing or payment when ordering from the web store?

Orders made from the web store must be made with credit cards, and we offer a secure web site.  Payments can be made by check or money order, but your purchases are not sent out before the payment has cleared.  Just post your payment to our contact address.  No CODÂ’s.

Are there additional charges if my order is shipped internationally?

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and applicable value-added taxes (VATs).  We can provide appropriate documentation.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Orders being filled completely by KL Cooper Enterprise where products are in stock can be shipped overnight. 

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

All order inquiries regarding damaged goods should be sent to Customer Service.  In your communication, please describe the damage, refer to the purchase order number.

Whom do I contact if there are problems or delays with my order?

Please contact Customer Services.  After an order has been placed, you will receive email containing the purchase order number of your order. Please print and save this for your records, and refer to the order number in any communication regarding your order.
